The newest partner of Vogel & Salvatore, P.A., Lynn has been a resident of Northeast Florida for over 20 years and a resident of Jacksonville since 1991. Lynn began her legal career as an associate for small general practice law firms in Clay County, Florida. For 12 years she served as legal counsel for the Clay County Code Enforcement Board, advising the board of volunteers who enforced the county’s code and animal control ordinances.
In 1995 Lynn began a career in public service taking a position as Assistant District Legal Counsel with the State of Florida Department of Children and Families. As an Assistant District Legal Counsel, she practiced in the area of juvenile dependency handling cases of abuse, neglect and abandonment cases, including sexual abuse cases in Duval County, Florida. Subsequently, Lynn became the Program Attorney for the State of Florida Guardian Ad Litem Program for the Fourth Judicial Circuit (Clay, Duval and Nassau Counties). There she advocated for children involved in the court process as victims in abuse and neglect by their parents, as victims in criminal cases, and children involved in custody disputes.
After many years as a public servant, Lynn opened her own private practice. As a solo practitioner, Lynn has continued her involvement with the social service field representing parents, relatives and children in Duval and Clay Counties. Her practice includes DCF adoptions, family law matters, and landlord and tenant law. For over 19 years Lynn has been directly involved in community service and has held leadership positions in an international non-governmental service organization. At one time she served as the organization’s governor of 44 chapters located in the seven southeastern states, Puerto Rico, the Bahamas, and the British Virgin Islands. Lynn’s commitment to her community and people in need have been a driving force in her professional and personal life.
