The founding partner of Vogel & Salvatore, P.A., Carole has been a resident of Jacksonville Florida since 1990. A lifelong Florida resident, Carole moved to Jacksonville to live close to her extended family. Shortly after taking up residence in Jacksonville, Carole accepted a position as Assistant District Legal Counsel with Child Welfare Legal Services with the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services n/k/a the Department of Children and Families. With the Department of Children and Families, Carole practiced in the area of juvenile dependency handling chapter 39, dependency and termination of parental rights cases including the appeals of same.
After eight years as a public servant, Carole left the Department of Children and Families to open her own private practice. As a sole practitioner, Carole has continued her involvement with the social service industry representing parents, relatives, and children in Duval, Clay, St. Johns, Nassau, Baker and Putnam Counties. She has expanded her practice to include DCF adoptions, private adoptions, family law and mortgage foreclosure defense, which compliments her previous experience in real estate, corporate and banking law. Her continued involvement with social services has always been based in ongoing concerns about the citizens of our community and those struggling to be heard.
