In our continuing effort to assist the community we have been certified by the Florida Supreme Court as circuit civil mediators specializing in foreclosure cases. Due to the impact of the housing crisis on our courts and the citizens of Jacksonville, St. Augustine, Orange Park, Green Cove Springs, and the greater Duval County, Clay County, St. Johns County area we are compelled to provide service and expertise to resolve cases if possible to the satisfaction of all parties concerned to stabilize our local housing market. The attorneys of Vogel & Salvatore, P.A. are presently accepting mediation referrals for all civil matters including probate, guardianship, contract disputes, personal injury, consumer collections and foreclosure mediations from Judges, individual parties, and attorneys.
